Known for his unwavering passion and commitment to excellence, Juan has built a reputation for going above and beyond in the pursuit of innovative cosmetic solutions and outstanding patient care.

With a deep-rooted passion for education and continuous advancement, Juan stays at the forefront of cutting-edge technologies in skincare, laser treatments, and both surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures. As a certified American Board of Surgical Assistant, he combines technical precision with a strong eye for detail—qualities that have been instrumental in shaping Solee into a leading cosmetic center in the Fort Lauderdale area.

Juan’s vision for Solee was born from a desire to create a space where ethical practices, exceptional results, and transformative care come together. His mission is clear: to empower individuals to look and feel their best through personalized, high-quality aesthetic solutions. To realize this, he has assembled a team of top-tier cosmetic and plastic surgeons who share his dedication to excellence and patient-centered care.

In addition to his surgical expertise, Juan is a certified Hair Transplant Technician trained in both the United States and Turkey, allowing him to bring advanced global techniques to his clients. He also holds multiple certifications, including Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, and Master Aesthetician, enhancing his comprehensive understanding of the full spectrum of aesthetic care.

Dr. Le is a first generation American, a native Texan, and a lover of the Florida lifestyle. She speaks Fluent English and Vietnamese and conversational Spanish. Outside of the office Dr. Le is a hot yoga fanatic, a pet lover, and an incredible cook.

Though she originally planned on medical school, her passion for hands-on care led her to nursing—where she thrives in the Pediatric ICU, standing side-by-side with patients during their most vulnerable moments.

Megan’s journey into aesthetics may seem like a leap, but for her, it’s another way to care deeply for people—helping them look and feel their best. She believes that when you feel good, you look good, and vice versa. Her approach is all about enhancing natural beauty with a focus on confidence, education, and evidence-based care.

A lifelong learner, Megan earned her bachelor’s degree from FIU and her master’s from Miami Regional University. Even after formal schooling, she continues to study daily to stay on top of the safest, most effective practices in both medicine and aesthetics.
